The ocean view from the Japanese-style room was amazing. The buffet meals was so nice, with fresh French pastries that were a highlight for the family. The common areas occasionally had an unpleasant odor, and service at peak times felt a bit overwhelmed. Cleanliness could be improved in certain spots around the hotel, detracting slightly from the overall experience.

The rooms were reasonably spacious with a safe, central heating, and television. Had Japanese decoration. The location offered was good and magnificent near ferry as well as the restaurant...

The onsen experience was unique, and the staff were really nice too assist us in making the most of our time on the island.

The common areas, particularly the hallways, felt dated and could benefit from a refresh for a more modern feel.

The lobby furniture is uncomfortable with noticeable stains!!! The hallways are dated with unpleasant seaweed odors, and the rooms need modernization for a better experience!!!

Unique getaway with rabbits!

The room was spacious with an awesome view. The staff was super friendy and helped us find the best bunny spots! Breakfast had lots of tasty options, but the common areas were a bit shabby and needed some love. Loved the unique vibe and warm atmosphere overall.
